Energy Projects

The greater Saint John area has several on going and up and coming energy projects. These range from Irving Oil's proposed second refinery Project Eider Rock to the construction of a second and possibly third reactor at NB Power's Point Lepreau nuclear generating station.

These projects are large scale, and offer a increase in the rental market for at least 5 to 10 years. Along with many temporary jobs come many long term careers and spin off businesses to help fuel our economy.
